Last updated June 2008, the attached terms and conditions shall apply to all purchases made by Enodis Corporation, its subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively "Enodis") for use or delivery in North America by Enodis. These terms and conditions shall not apply to suppliers who currently have a valid, independent agreement signed with Enodis. Supplier acknowledges acceptance of these terms by accepting an order or by shipping products to Enodis and any differing terms and conditions issued by the supplier shall not be valid.
