The Reedville Café has been a gathering place for half of a century. But growth in the past few years has significantly contributed to its increased energy consumption. To reduce costs, Reedville Café incorporated measures to improve its foodservice equipment, and purchased energy-efficient Frymaster Fryers. Once installed, the three ENERGY STAR® qualified gas fryers generated an annual savings of more than $3,800.
