The Board has established a Nomination Committee. Appointments to the Board are reviewed by the Board as a whole, while the Nomination Committee undertakes the search process and recommends candidates to the Board as necessary. The Committee comprises Peter Brooks (Chairman), Waldemar Schmidt and Joseph Ross. The Nomination Committee meets as needed.
